When a customer places an order and pays the price displayed on our website, Mishkatmann LLC purchases the product from the relevant independent supplier and arranges for that supplier or its fulfilment partner to ship it directly to the customer. We remain responsible for the customer-facing order relationship and are the customerβs point of contact for order enquiries, delivery updates, cancellations, returns and refund requests, subject to applicable law.
